On 2 August 2023, H.E. Mr. Poj Harnpol, Ambassador of Thailand to Sri Lanka, visited the factory of the Bischoff Gamma Company, which is a Thai textile company investing in Sri Lanka more than a decade, in Seethawaka Export Processing Zone, Avissawella. On the said occasion, Ambassador Poj and representatives of the Company discussed about the business and investment opportunities in Sri Lanka to further promote and enhance Thai investment in Sri Lanka.

 

เมื่อวันที่ 2 สิงหาคม 2566 นายพจน์ หาญพล เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงโคลัมโบ เดินทางไปเยี่ยมชมโรงงานบริษัท Bischoff Gamma ซึ่งเป็นธุรกิจสิ่งทอของไทยที่ได้เข้ามาลงทุนในศรีลังกาเป็นระยะเวลากว่า 10 ปี ภายในเขตอุตสาหกรรมการส่งออก Seethawaka เมือง Avissawella ในโอกาสดังกล่าว เอกอัครราชทูตพจน์ฯ ได้ร่วมหารือกับผู้แทนบริษัทฯ เกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มการดำเนินธุรกิจ รวมถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับการลงทุนในศรีลังกา เพื่อเป็นแนวทางสำหรับธุรกิจไทยอื่นๆ ที่สนใจเข้ามาลงทุนในศรีลังกาต่อไป
