Make your reservation of using the venue at Siam Nivasa

1. Please make a reservation click here.You can only reserve one event at a time. Once your event is finished, you can make a reservation for the next one.

2. To borrow items for your event at Siam Nivasa, please complete the Form by clicking here. Submission of this form is required prior to using any items from Siam Nivasa.

3. After submitting the reservation form and item Rental form, please notify the Embassy via email with the subject "Siam Nivasa Reservation". Send the email to thaiembassy.[email protected] informing these details:

• Your Event Name
• Date that you made the reservation
• Details of the items you wish to borrow

4. The Embassy will reply to your email with the result of your request for using the Siam Nivasa's venue.

5. Reservation and use of Siam Nivasa are free of charge. All fees and proceeds from sales at any event go directly to the organizers and artists.
