On February 13, 2025, at the Bandaranaike Center for International Studies (BCIS), H.E. Mr. Paitoon Mahapannaporn, Ambassador of Thailand to Sri Lanka, and Ms. Priyanthi Fernando, Executive Director of BCIS, jointly launched the first Thai language course at BCIS. This course, supported by the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and prepared by the Srinakharinwirot University, will be conducted at both BCIS and Siam Nivasa, the cultural center of Thailand, from February 11 to April 4, 2025.
