On 13 October 2020, the Royal Thai Embassy in Colombo organized a merit making ceremony on the occasion of the Memorial Day of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great for the year 2020 at Gangarama Temple, Colombo. H.E. Chulamanee Chartsuwan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Sri Lanka, and Mr. Vichai Chartsuwan presided over the ceremony. The event was attended by all officials from the Royal Thai Embassy. Afterwards, the Embassy organized a Wreath Laying and Candle Lighting Ceremony to pay homage to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great at the chancery of the Embassy.
