H.E. Mr. Nopporn Adchariyavanich, Ambassador of Thailand to Sri Lanka on behalf of the Royal Thai Embassy and the Thai communities in Sri Lanka and Maldives, led the blessing to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thailand in celebration of the 83^rd Birth Anniversary of Her Majesty the Queen on 12 August 2015 at the Royal Thai Embassy.
