On 26 October 2018 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka, H.E. Mrs. Chulamanee Chartsuwan Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka met H.E. Mr. Prasad Kariyawasam, Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka for the Exchange of Instruments of Ratification of the Treaty between the Kingdom of Thailand and Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the Transfer of Offenders on Cooperation in the Enforcement of Penal Sentence.
