The Royal Thai Embassy discovered that a number of individual applicants and travel agents had made visa appointments through the online visa appointment system, but failed to show up on the appointment date and time. Also, these applicants or travel agencies did not change or cancel their appointments on the system. Such an action deters other individual applicants and travel agents from making appointments on the system as well as adversely affects travel plans of other individuals who need to travel to Thailand urgently but are unable to secure the online appointments.

                        The Embassy therefore wishes to seek kind cooperation from all individual applicants and travel agents not to make several appointments for the same applicants. Those who have already made appointments with the online visa appointment but are unable to come to the Embassy on the appointment date and time are able to change or cancel their appointments through the appointment confirmation emails. If this problem continues, the Embassy will have to take action against the applicants or travel agents who make appointments and do not show up.
