The Royal Thai Embassy discovers certain serious issues regarding visa applications as follows:
1. Some visa applicants/travel agencies present incomplete documents, untrue documents, fake signatures or fake documents to the Embassy;
2. Some visa applicants/travel agencies behave impolitely and unpleasantly in the premises of the Embassy;
3. Some visa applicants/travel agencies lodge untrue accusation against the Embassy.
Accordingly, the Embassy would like to announce that the Embassy will REJECT to issue visas to the above-mentioned visa applicants/travel agencies. Except for the case of incomplete documents, the Embassy will put the names of the wrongdoers on the blacklist and suspend issuing visas to Thailand for them.
The visa applicants/travel agencies should bear in mind that it is their duties and responsibilities to ensure that their documents are in accordance with the requirements of the Embassy as well as the checklist forms. The acceptance of visa applications at the visa counter and payment of visa fees are NOT the guarantee for visa issuance. Therefore, if the visa applicants/travel agencies insist to submit incomplete documents, untrue documents, fake documents or fake signatures to the Embassy, the Embassy will deem that the visa applicants/travel agencies applications acknowledge that their visa applications will be rejected and they accept the following consequences against them. Please be informed that the visa fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
