Annoucement of the Royal Thai Embassy, in Colombo

The Royal Thai Embassy presents its compliments to all Diplomatic Missions, Consular Representatives and International Organizations in Sri Lanka and has the honour to inform with deepest regret that His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand passed away peacefully on 13^th October B.E. 2559 (2016) at 1552 hours at the age of 89 in the 70^th Year of His Majesty’s Reign. 

In this connection, the Book of Condolences will be open for signing at the residence of Thai Ambassador, 10 Flower Road, Colombo 07, during the following periods:

Monday, 17 October 2016 through Friday, 21 October 2016               1330 hrs to 1630 hrs
