His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

            On 22 July 2017, the Royal Thai Embassy in Colombo organised a funeral flower-making activity for the Royal Cremation of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Ambassador’s Residence. At least 50 people including H.E. Mrs. Chulamanee Chartsuwan and her spouse as well as Embassy’s officers, Team Thailand, private sector, Thai people and their families in Colombo and nearby areas participated in this activity to create around 150 artificial daffodil flowers, which are to be given to mourners to pay their last respects to the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej on 26 October 2017, the date on which the Royal Cremation will take place.
