The merit making ceremony on the occasion of

                             one year remembrance of the passing away of

                     H.M. the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand

The Royal Thai Embassy in Colombo organized the merit making

ceremony on the occasion of the one year remembrance of the passing away

of H.M. the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand on 13 October 2017 at 10.00-11.30 hours                                                                                         

at Sri Sambodhi Maha Viharaya, Colombo.

H.E.Mrs. Chulamanee Chartsuwan, the Royal Thai Embassy’s officials

and the Thai community in Colombo participated in the ceremony. The religious

ceremony was performed by 10 monks. When the monks finish chanting,

the Ambassador and participants presented offerings and poured ceremonial water

to dedicate the merits to H.M.the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The merit making ceremony ended at 11.30 hours.
